The PAL series is designed to detect errors in the production process as soon as possible by combining a high-resolution imaging system, specially designed lighting, high-performance computer technology and software applications.<\/p>\n
The sample to be measured is randomly placed in the measurement area. After the PAL series optical measuring device software is run, the CAD data is called and the measurement is made with a single click. The software, which can be easily used by press operators, quickly displays how much the sample deviates from the CAD data thanks to the color scale. In addition, the system can decide whether the determined critical measurements are within tolerance (OK\/FAIL).<\/p>\n
Thanks to the special report format, measurement results can be examined in detail and all measurements can be recorded. With the digitalization of measurements, historical production tracking can be made.<\/p>\n
